Another week with Milo & its sure been fun. This week he has seen the choo-choos, gone a walking in the woods, road his stationary rocking horse all through the house with oven mitts on, mind you, he helped Hannah celebrate her 2nd birthday yesterday and he has told me he is looking forward to his 2nd Birthday this ocming Friday.
Look out world, Milo is almost 2!

Today, while lunching out front of Collucci's on Munjoy Hill with Katie, Audrey & Ida...we bumped into a contest held by Portland Parks & Rec. They challenged kids to make a contraption that would sustain an egg when dropped from the top of the Portland Observatory. Milo LOVED it! He was enthralled by the dropping and loudly telling everyone around him all about it. It was remarkable quiet, except for Milo, I think that you can tell the kid may have been born in Maine, but he has definitely got some Philly in him.
He kept telling people, "fall down" and pointing......he is really beginning to talk so much more. I am excited to hear what he has to say.

Ah, the joy of Easter. Milo woke bright and early on sunday morning to ask about the hop-hop his word for bunny. Chris had some nice forthought to open the door to the bedroom and place the basket on the trunk, so that when Milo awoke and looked out in to the living room, he could see what the Hop-Hop left. It was very exciting! This is the booty.
Later that morning we were off to Heather and Zane's in our Easter finery for a chilly Easter Egg Hunt. All in all, it was a sweet little holiday, with the exception of Chris having to work....

What a love?!? A three month old Milo, laying on a blanket at the park during the Festival of Nations. He laughed while we played peek-a-boo. He was all wrapped up in his sling. I miss having a little baby, Milo is a running, hopping, jumping youngster now!
